These terms are an agreement between you and Dashless Ltd (“we”), a company registered in Scotland. By creating an account or taking a free read, you agree to them. Dashless is for businesses: by using it you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a consumer.
Dashless reads the Meta ad accounts you connect, checks each ad against the targets you set, suggests which ads to scale, pause or keep watching, explains why, writes reports and answers questions about your accounts.
Dashless only reads. It never changes a budget, pauses an ad or touches a setting in your ad accounts. You make every change yourself, in Meta Ads Manager.
Figures are Meta's own figures, including revenue as Meta reports it, which is not profit. Suggestions and explanations are judgements based on that data, not guarantees of results. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
Keep your login and any API keys secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Connect only ad accounts you own or have permission to manage.
If you give a client a seat or share a report link, you are responsible for having the right to share that data with them. A shared link can be opened by anyone who has it, until it expires or you revoke it.
The free read needs no card. It covers one Meta ad account, runs one read and shows part of the results. If you don't start a plan, we remove our access to that ad account within 48 hours of the read.
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, pounds or euros depending on where you subscribe. Solo starts at $49/month and Agency at $199/month for 10 client ad accounts, with the same number in your currency. Extra account packs and team seats are added to the same subscription, only after you confirm the price. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
The price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as your subscription continues.
Each plan includes a monthly number of questions to the analyst, shown on the pricing page. When you reach it, questions pause until your next billing month.
Cancel any time in Settings under Subscription, Manage billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and you are not charged again. We don't refund part months.
Don't resell access to Dashless, copy its output into another product at scale, try to reverse-engineer it, break or overload it, or use it in a way that breaks Meta's terms or the law. Agencies managing several clients should use the Agency plan.
Dashless is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Your use of Meta's products is governed by Meta's terms. If Meta changes or limits what its API provides, some Dashless features may change or stop working.
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide Dashless to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
We work to keep Dashless available and accurate but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including when Meta, Anthropic or Stripe have an outage. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, and we will tell you why. You can stop using Dashless and delete your account at any time.
We are not liable for ad-spend or business decisions you make based on Dashless's output, for outages of third-party services such as Meta, Anthropic or Stripe, or for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We will email you at least 30 days before a material change to these terms takes effect. If you don't accept the change, you can cancel before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
